Who to contact

WITHOUT BUSY, operated by a sole trader. For any question about your account, a payment or your data, email withoutbusyhq@gmail.com. It is the only address used for support, refunds and privacy requests.

For anything about your data — access, correction, deletion or a question about this notice — use the same address.

What is stored, and why

Account details: your email address and an encrypted authentication record, so you can sign in. Passwords are never stored in readable form, never logged and never emailed.

Workspace content: your business profile answers (business name, what you do, how you sound to customers, your sign-off, how customers contact you, your main admin problems), plus the leads, tasks, quotes and saved drafts you create. This is stored against your account so your work is there when you return.

Access and payment records: whether your access is pending, active, expired, suspended or revoked, the access start and end dates, and — once payment is connected — the payment provider’s order and transaction references, status and timestamps. Card numbers are never seen or stored by us.

Exception records: when a payment, support or security problem is detected, a short summary is stored for the owner to review.

Site analytics: privacy-conscious page and click events that record the page and action, not who you are. No advertising cookies are set.

AI drafting

When you ask for a draft, the text you supply and your business profile answers are sent to the AI model provider through the Lovable AI gateway so a draft can be generated and returned to you. Do not paste card details, passwords or anything you would not want processed this way. Drafts are AI-assisted, must be checked by you, and are only ever sent by you.

Who processes data for us

Only the processors actually in use are listed. Lovable, for hosting the application and for the AI gateway used to generate drafts. Supabase, for the database and authentication behind Lovable Cloud. PayPal will be added here once payment is connected; it is not connected yet, and no payment has been taken. Nothing is sold or rented to anyone.

Keeping and deleting data

Your workspace is kept while your account exists. You can clear your whole workspace from inside the product at any time, which deletes your profile, leads, tasks and saved work. You can ask for your account and its data to be deleted by emailing withoutbusyhq@gmail.com. Payment and exception records may need to be kept for accounting and dispute purposes, and are kept only for as long as that requires.

Your rights

You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, and object to a use of it. Email withoutbusyhq@gmail.com and we will respond.

Security

Each account’s workspace is isolated at the database level, and every read and write runs as the signed-in account. No security certification or accreditation is claimed.
