Refunds and cancellation

What you are buying

A single payment of £29 for 12 months’ access to the WITHOUT BUSY control centre. There is no automatic renewal, no subscription and no stored card charge. When the 12 months ends, access stops unless you choose to buy another 12 months.

How access starts and ends

Access starts only when a payment has been verified on our server, and ends 12 months after that date. Creating an account or signing in does not by itself give access.

14-day refund request

You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date by emailing withoutbusyhq@gmail.com. Please send your request from the email address on the account, and include the date of purchase, the PayPal transaction reference if you have it, and a short note on why you are asking. That is enough for us to find the payment.

We will confirm by email whether the refund is being processed, how it will be returned, and what happens to your access. Refunds are returned through the original payment method and the payment provider’s own processing time applies, so we cannot promise an instant or same-day refund. Where a refund is issued, access to the control centre ends.

After 14 days we will still read and answer your email, but a refund cannot be assumed outside that window.

Your saved work

Asking for a refund does not immediately delete your workspace. If you want your account and its content removed as well, say so in the same email.

If a payment is refunded or reversed

If the payment provider tells us a payment has been refunded or reversed, access is suspended straight away and the case is reviewed. Your saved workspace is not deleted at that point.
