Who we are and how to reach us
WITHOUT BUSY, operated by a sole trader. For any question about your account, a payment or your data, email withoutbusyhq@gmail.com. It is the only address used for support, refunds and privacy requests.
Your account
You need an account to use the control centre. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. We never ask for your password and never send it to you.
What access includes
One payment of £29 gives 12 months’ access to the control centre from the date the payment is verified. There is no automatic renewal. Signing in does not by itself give access: access is switched on only after a verified payment, and it stops when the 12 months ends.
Access can be suspended if a payment is refunded, reversed or found to be invalid, or if the account is used in a way these terms forbid.
AI-assisted drafts
The product prepares drafts and structured tasks using AI. Drafts can be wrong. You must read and check everything before you use it, and you are the one who sends it — nothing is sent, scheduled or published for you. Email, WhatsApp and calendar hand-offs simply open your own apps pre-filled.
Fair use
The service is for one small business per account. Please don’t use it to send unsolicited bulk messages, to impersonate anyone, to break the law, or to automate large-scale generation that isn’t normal use for a small business.
General information only
Drafts and content are general information for your own business use, and are not professional financial, tax or accounting guidance.
Availability
No uptime, support-response or service-level commitment is made on this page, and none should be inferred. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by anything here.
Ending your access
You can stop using the product at any time and clear your workspace from inside it. Refund and cancellation, including the 14-day refund request window, are covered on the refunds page.
Content ownership
The WITHOUT BUSY name, brand and original content belong to us. What you write and the drafts you generate for your own business are yours.
